Due to the early stage of development of the regional strategies and investment plans not as much could be achieved as in other States. However many of the issues raised during
this trial have indicated where the state and regional monitoring and evaluation projects need to focus when being developed.

The target indicator chosen for the trial is a regularly maintained dataset in Western Australia and could be delivered on a statewide basis.
